How much does bond cleaning cost on the Gold Coast?
Base prices start from $299 including GST. The calculator adds bathrooms, storeys, optional add-ons and the $15 booking fee, then shows your exact total before you request a booking.
What is the 72-hour bond back guarantee?
If your agent or property manager flags any in-scope cleaning issue at the final inspection, we return and re-clean those areas free within 72 hours. This applies to every bond clean booked through CleansePro — send us the agent’s report and we arrange it promptly.
Is oven cleaning included in the price?
A standard oven clean (interior wipe-down, racks and door glass) is included in the base price. For heavy built-up grease and carbon, add the Oven Deep Clean (+$65) — a full soak and degrease — in the calculator.
Do you clean furnished rental properties?
Yes. Select Furnished in the calculator and choose the appliances that need cleaning — fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dryer and furniture wipe-down are all individual add-ons, so you only pay for what you need.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least 48 hours where possible to lock in your slot. Same-day and next-day cleans are available across the Gold Coast subject to availability — useful if you’ve had a last-minute settlement change.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
You can reschedule free of charge more than 72 hours before the clean. The $15 booking fee is non-refundable for cancellations inside 72 hours. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the booking window.
What’s the difference between a bond clean and a regular clean?
A bond clean meets the Queensland RTA exit condition report standard — inside ovens and rangehoods, inside cupboards, window tracks, wall marks, skirting boards, light fittings and exhaust fans. It’s inspection-ready, not simply tidy, and takes significantly longer than a regular clean.
What happens if my property manager rejects the clean?
Contact us immediately with the agent’s written report and we’ll schedule a return clean within 72 hours of the inspection at no additional charge. We ask that you don’t attempt to clean any areas yourself before we return, as this can affect what we can remedy.
