Commercial cleaning questions
What affects the cost of commercial cleaning?
Floor area, foot traffic, toilets, kitchens, floor finishes, cleaning frequency and access all affect the work involved. Consumables, periodic floor cleaning and reporting requirements are confirmed in the scope. A free site visit helps us quote for the actual premises.
Is there a minimum contract term?
We offer month-to-month service with no lock-in contract and no cancellation fees. Your quote sets out the agreed cleaning scope, frequency and arrangements for the site.
Can you clean after hours or across several sites?
Before-opening, after-closing and weekend schedules can be discussed. For several locations, we assess each site’s access, scope and timing so the quote reflects the differences.
Do warehouse cleans include machinery or car parks?
Machinery cleaning is excluded. Warehouse floors, offices, kitchens, toilets and amenities can be included. Ride-on floor scrubbing for suitable large areas and car parks, plus pressure washing, is available by arrangement following assessment.
Do you supply consumables and photo reports?
We can supply and replenish agreed consumables, including toilet paper, soap, paper towels and bin liners. Photo reports and service notes are available when agreed in the cleaning scope.
Are your cleaners insured and police-checked?
CleansePro carries $20M public liability cover and uses police-checked cleaning teams. Relevant documentation can be provided on request. Construction site requirements are discussed through our builders cleaning service.
