Our Story

How a One-Woman Operation Became
Gold Coast’s Trusted Name

CleansePro began with Elizabeth — Liz — a Gold Coast woman who believed that cleaning, done properly, was something to be proud of. More than twenty years ago she started the business alone, building her client base one property at a time through word of mouth, reliability, and a standard that set her apart from everyone else in the industry.

There were no shortcuts. No racing to the bottom on price. Just consistent, honest work — and a growing reputation for being the cleaner who always showed up, always delivered, and never let a client down.

About ten years ago, the next generation came on board. What started as helping out grew into a full partnership — bringing fresh energy, new services, and a broader vision while protecting everything Liz had built. Together, the business expanded from residential cleaning into commercial, office, builder cleans, medical centres, and window cleaning.

Today CleansePro is one of the Gold Coast’s most recognised cleaning companies — but the foundation hasn’t changed. It’s still a family business. It still runs on the same values Liz started with. And it still operates with that same quiet pride in work done properly.

Liz starts CleansePro on the Gold Coast — a one-woman operation built on the simple belief that cleaning should be done properly, every time.
First 5 Years
Word of Mouth Growth
The business grows entirely through referrals. No advertising — just clients telling other clients about the cleaner who never let them down.

Clarkes Builders Partnership
CleansePro begins what would become a decade-long relationship with Clarkes Builders — weekly office and builder cleans without a single missed visit.
~2014–2015
Next Generation Joins
The second generation comes on board — expanding services, building systems, and growing CleansePro into a full-service commercial cleaning company.
2020+
Full-Service Expansion
Medical centre cleaning, window cleaning with EWP certification, SWMS documentation, and consumables supply added — the Gold Coast’s only all-in-one cleaning company.
