How to Book
There are several ways to book a CleansePro service:
- Online quote form — fill in any quote form on our website and we will respond within 2 hours on business days
- Bond clean calculator — get an instant fixed price at cleansepro.com.au/bond-cleaning-gold-coast and book directly online
- Phone — call us on 0431 002 126 Monday to Friday 7am–5:30pm
- Email — send your enquiry to info@cleansepro.com.au
A booking is confirmed when you receive a written booking confirmation from CleansePro. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours.
Deposits & Payment
Payment requirements vary by service type:
- Bond cleans — a deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The balance is due on completion.
- One-off residential cleans — payment is due on completion of the service.
- Regular office & commercial cleaning — invoiced monthly or as per your agreed service schedule.
- Builder cleans — a deposit may be required for large jobs. Balance due on completion.
We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, and other methods displayed at checkout. All prices include GST.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Here is our cancellation schedule:

To cancel or reschedule, please call 0431 002 126 or email info@cleansepro.com.au. Cancellations are effective from the time we acknowledge your request.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your booking at no charge with more than 48 hours notice, subject to availability. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice may incur the same fees as cancellation.
We will always try to accommodate rescheduling requests. If you need to move your booking urgently, please call us directly and we will do our best to help.
Our Bond Clean Guarantee
If your property manager raises any cleaning-related issues within 72 hours of our clean, we return at no charge.
Our 72-hour bond clean guarantee applies when:
- The issue is raised with us within 72 hours of the original clean date
- The property has not been re-occupied or used between our clean and the inspection
- The issue falls within the scope of our agreed cleaning checklist
- The issue is not caused by fair wear and tear or pre-existing damage
To make a guarantee claim, contact us within 72 hours on 0431 002 126 with the details of any items raised by your property manager.

Preparing for Your Clean
To help us deliver the best possible result, please:
- Ensure the property is accessible at the agreed time
- Secure pets in a separate area or arrange for them to be out during the clean
- Remove or secure any fragile, valuable, or sentimental items
- Advise us of any areas you would like us to focus on or avoid
- Ensure there is hot and cold running water and working electricity at the property
- For bond cleans, remove all your belongings before our team arrives
For bond cleans: the property should be empty of all personal belongings before we arrive. We cannot clean around furniture or personal items for a bond inspection standard result.
What Happens on the Day
Our team will arrive within a 30-minute window of the agreed start time. If we are delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible.
You do not need to be present during the clean. Many of our clients provide a key or access code. Our staff are police-checked and fully insured.
After the clean, we will contact you to confirm completion and address any questions. For regular services, your next scheduled clean will proceed automatically unless you advise otherwise.
Feedback & Complaints
We take all feedback seriously. If you have any concerns about your clean, please contact us within 24 hours of the service (or within 72 hours for bond cleans) and we will address the issue promptly.
