Waterproof sheeting over floors and furniture, and a sealed wash bag fitted around the unit so nothing touches your walls or carpet.
Strip down & deep clean
Casing off. Coil, fan barrel, louvres, filters and drain pan cleaned with a non-toxic, biodegradable solution and pressure-rinsed until the water runs clear.
Sanitise & treat
An aircon-safe, non-corrosive sanitiser is applied through the cleaned surfaces, with a mould-inhibiting treatment to slow regrowth. The drain line is flushed and checked.
Re-test & report
Reassembled, re-tested, area left spotless — and your before & after photo report emailed the same day, with a recommended next-clean date.

How much does aircon cleaning cost on the Gold Coast?
CleansePro’s launch price starts from $149 for a standard wall-mounted split-system deep clean, with every additional unit half price on the same visit. That includes the internal wash, sanitise, drain flush and photo proof. If a unit is unusually contaminated, unsafe to access or not a standard split system, we confirm the scope before any work starts.
Isn’t cleaning the filters myself enough?
Keep doing it because filter washing helps airflow. But filters only catch larger dust. The deeper build-up sits around the evaporator coil, fan barrel and drain pan, which need careful partial dismantling and a controlled rinse to clean properly.
How often should a split system be deep cleaned?
In the Gold Coast’s humid climate, most wall-mounted split systems should be deep cleaned about once a year. Heavy summer use, bedrooms, pets, rental turnovers and asthma or allergy-aware households may justify a six-month cycle.
Will it fix the musty smell?
In most cases, yes. Musty odour usually comes from build-up around the fan barrel, coil and drain pan. We physically remove the source, sanitise the cleaned surfaces and flush the drain line rather than masking the smell.

How long does it take, and how messy is it?
About 45–60 minutes per unit. We sheet the floors, fit a sealed wash bag around the unit so wash water never touches your wall, and leave the area exactly as we found it. The unit is tested and running before we leave.
