By booking or using CleansePro services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by CleansePro Cleaning Solutions ABN 45 120 175 266 (“CleansePro”, “we”, “us”) and your access to our website at cleansepro.com.au (“Website”).
By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with booking our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
2. Our Services
CleansePro provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to: bond cleaning, office cleaning, commercial cleaning, house cleaning, builder cleans, medical centre cleaning, and window cleaning across the Gold Coast region.
We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion. Services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, property size, and access.
All services are performed by trained, police-checked staff using professional equipment and products. We supply all necessary equipment and cleaning products unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Bookings & Scheduling
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation from CleansePro. A booking is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.
You are responsible for ensuring:
- Accurate information is provided at the time of booking, including property size, access requirements, and any special conditions
- The property is accessible at the agreed time
- All pets are secured and any fragile or valuable items are removed or secured before our team arrives
- Any known hazards or safety concerns at the property are disclosed prior to the clean
If inaccurate information is provided that results in additional time or resources being required, CleansePro reserves the right to charge accordingly.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Fixed-price quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Payment terms are as follows:
- Residential bond cleans — payment or deposit required at time of booking
- One-off residential cleans — payment due on completion
- Regular commercial clients — invoiced monthly or as agreed in your service agreement
- Builder and post-construction cleans — deposit may be required, balance due on completion
Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and other methods as displayed at checkout. Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 10% per annum.
CleansePro reserves the right to adjust pricing for recurring services with 14 days written notice.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 48 hours notice — full refund of any deposit paid, or rescheduling at no charge
- 24–48 hours notice — 50% cancellation fee of the quoted service price
- Less than 24 hours notice or no-show — 100% of the quoted service price is payable
CleansePro reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking with reasonable notice due to staff unavailability, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be provided or the booking rescheduled at no charge.
6. Property Access
You grant CleansePro and its staff permission to enter and clean your property at the agreed time. If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time due to reasons within your control, a call-out fee may apply.
You warrant that you have the authority to grant access to the property being cleaned, whether as the owner, tenant, or authorised representative.
CleansePro staff will treat your property with respect and care. Please secure any pets and remove or protect any fragile, valuable, or sentimental items before our team arrives. While we take the utmost care, CleansePro accepts no liability for damage to unsecured fragile items.
7. Liability & Insurance
CleansePro holds $20 million public liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to the lesser of the cost of repair or replacement, or the total value of services provided.
CleansePro accepts no liability for:
- Pre-existing damage to property or items
- Damage to items that were not disclosed or were left in an area being cleaned
- Loss or theft of items not attributable to our staff
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Services not performed due to unsafe conditions or inaccessibility
All damage claims must be reported to CleansePro within 24 hours of the service being completed.
8. Service Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion and we will return to rectify the issue at no charge.
For bond cleans, our 72-hour guarantee applies: if your property manager raises any cleaning-related issues within 72 hours of the clean, we will return to address those items at no additional cost, provided:
- The property has not been re-occupied or disturbed between our clean and the inspection
- The issue falls within the scope of our agreed clean
- The issue is raised with us within 72 hours of the original clean
Our guarantee does not cover issues arising from normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or conditions outside the scope of the agreed service.
9. Conduct & Safety
We are committed to providing a safe working environment for our staff. CleansePro reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service if:
- The property presents an unsafe working environment (e.g. biohazards, pest infestations, structural hazards)
- Our staff are subjected to abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour
- Conditions at the property are materially different from those described at booking
In such cases, a call-out fee may apply at our discretion.
Our staff are not permitted to move heavy furniture, clean exterior windows above ground level without appropriate equipment, dispose of large quantities of rubbish, or perform tasks outside their scope of service without prior agreement.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the CleansePro website including text, images, logos, and design is the property of CleansePro Cleaning Solutions and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written permission.
11. Disputes
If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us in the first instance and we will endeavour to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be referred to mediation in Queensland before either party may commence court proceedings. These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Queensland courts.
12. General
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
CleansePro’s failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CleansePro regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website with the revised date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
